Owner's Representative

Acting as Owner's Representative for the $125 million mixed use development on the East side of the Scioto River in Dublin, Ohio.

The mixed use development will include residential, office, parking, retail entertainment, and extensive site and landscaping improvements. 

Work commenced on site in the Fall of 2014 with the first series of buildings being turned over for occupancy in January 2016. The balance of the first phase of work for Blocks B and C were completed in the spring of 2018.
