Acting as the Owner's Representative for a $1 million historical renovation of the James A. Garfield Memorial.

The first phase of the project included structural renovations and masonry tuckpointing of the monument basement. Phase two will consist of cleaning and tuckpointing of the exterior limestone. All renovations took place directly alongside the crypt where President Garfield and his wife are entombed. 

This first phase has been completed and funding is underway for the remaining phases.
