McCarthy Consulting, acting as the Owner’s Representative for Hawken School, managed the renovation and adaptive re-use construction of a gym constructed on the Bolton Estate in Lyndhurst, Ohio for Hawken School.
The original gym was built in 1910. Working with the Project Team, the facility was transformed from partially used gym space, into a state of the art, hands-on training facility for Middle School students.
The successful completion of this Project is just the latest in a string of successful Projects where McCarthy Consulting has served as Hawken School’s Representative for major construction and renovation Projects since 2004.
