Founded in 2002, McCarthy Consulting, LLC is a small, privately owned and operated, specialty consulting firm focused exclusively to ensure our client’s interests are represented at all stages of their project. We are truly their representatives working on their behalf. We work diligently to provide our clients with unsurpassed representation during all phases of their project and lead our assignments from the front. Given the breadth of our experience, there is little we have not worked on, seen before or previously handled for our clients. That is why 99% of our business comes from repeat clients or as referrals from our past assignments. We are extremely proud of our reputation.

Donald McCarthy, President and Project Principal

As Project Principal, Don is responsible for all client interface, ensuring all obligations are being met and that the goals of the owner and project are achieved regardless of the size of the project.

Jeff Snoke, Project Executive

Jeff has over 35 years of construction experience. Since beginning work in 1986, he has worked as a licensed electrician, Superintendent, Mechanical/Electrical Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager and now oversees many of McCarthy Consulting’s most difficult field assignments. Jeff has a depth of knowledge about the design, procurement and construction process that provides the needed leadership for each assigned Project to ensure all of the goals and expectations of the Owner are achieved.

Sondra Beitel, Project Executive

Sondra Beitel brings over 27 years of diverse consrtuction experience to McCarthy Consulting. She joined McCarthy Consulting in 2018, after working for Turner Construcition Company for over 20 years. Sondra serves as a Project Executive, and handles many of our most difficult assignments. She has served as an Estimator, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Division Manager.

Julie Wood, Controller

Julie is a graduate of Ohio University and has many years of experience in public and corporate accounting, specializing in the real estate and construction industry.  She joined McCarthy Consulting in 2018 and currently handles invoicing and various aspects of accounting.

Erin Pence, Project Executive

A graduate of Cornell University's College of Engineering, Erin has over 13 years of construction management experience. Prior to joining McCarthy Consulting as a Project Executive, she worked for Turner Construction Company. She has worked as an Estimator, Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager.
