McCarthy Consulting is providing Construction Monitoring services for this multi-phased $180 million renovation and new construction program for Eastern Michigan University.

Two new dormitory projects (Lakeview and Westview) will be completed and ready for student occupancy in July of 2024.

Phase I renovations are taking place in the Putnam, Walton and Downing dormitories. These renovations will be complete and ready for student occupancy in July of 2023.

The final Phase of renovations will commence after Phase I renovations are occupied. Phase II renovations will take place in Sellers and Phelps dormitories and will be ready for occupancy in July of 2024.
