As the Owner’s Representative, McCarthy Consulting is providing full-service Owner’s Representative services for the final two phases of a multi-year expansion and renovation program for Friendship Village of Dublin. McCarthy is overseeing the complete renovation of the Alderwood and Rowan House facilities at the campus. The Rowan House will house the memory care unit for Friendship Village of Dublin.

The Alderwood Building houses the assisted living care units for Friendship Village of Dublin. McCarthy oversaw the design phase, bidding, procurement, construction and close out portions of each project. Once the Rowan House is completed and opened in the Spring of 2023, this will conclude a seven year Master Plan expansion and renovation program for Friendship Village of Dublin.
