Acting as the Owner's Representative for an 85,000 square foot, $21 million addition and renovation to an existing private school facility and a $2.6 million renovation to their historical dining facility.

Incorporated additional classrooms, upgraded mechanical/electrical/data systems, state of the art technology learning environment, and overall upgrade to all finishes.

This project was completed in August of 2016.
